Thumbs up Warbonnet Customer Service Rocks

I have a Warbonnet hammock that was used several times and the mosquito netting ripped from one end to another. Not sure what caused the rip but let Brandon know I might have been partly to blame for sitting in it with the zipper half zipped.
Brandon had me ship it back for inspection and said he would either fix it or replace it at his discretion. I said I was willing to pay any costs involved.
Well, anyway, Brandon had a box at my door in about one week from when he recieved my hammock. I took it out camping this weekend and looked at it for the first time. I think he gave me a NEW!!! HAMMOCK!!

Just wanted to tell everyone how well he took care of me at his expense.
As a side note, Brandon makes really comfortable hammocks.

It is good to hear about such solid service. In general, is that a problem if you sit in it with it half zipped? I watched Shug's review about the BB and he mentioned that some people were concerned about it, but he didn't go into detail. Is it necessary to completely unzip, put your weight in, and then zip up, or can you just open a small enough hole to get in and zip from there? It seems like there would be times when you might want to get in and out without the whole thing being unzipped, but I wouldn't want to take a chance at causing undue stress on the zippers or net. Thoughts?

No you don't have to un-zip it all the way. I never do unless I am throwing the bug-net back.
    Mine is still going strong.
