Most summer top quilts are rated for 35F or you could have one made with some additional down stuffed to hit 35F.
Give this one look at and it's less than 1 lb with stuff sack.

There are many, it just depends on how much you are willing to spend. A Western Mountaineering Ultralite bag weighs under 2 lbs. and is rated conservatively to 20 degrees, but costs $400. An REI Sub Kilo is a 15 degree bag for under 2 lbs. as well. A top quilt at the same temperature rating will always be lighter due to lack of zippers and extra insulation.
