It is similar to epoxy-putty that I have played with before. Very easy to use, but warning:
It is too easy to abuse!!
Its like play-doh crossed with duct-tape. Consider it a RedNeck repair kit!

I'm thinking most all of here use a cook stove of one type or another....
lock-tite epoxy putty is a lot like this Sugru and hardens more but it is a lot of fun to play around with. I have used it to place a fish-eye lens on my kodak playsport like this guy did.
