This is a Baby Orca with 1 insert. I had a multi-use 1/8" CCF pad for my feet. Took me to 65* with no problem. Never got a chance to test it lower (yet). Not a bad package. Weighs about 13 oz in sack.

Love my Summer Phoenix from Hammockgear. I found it to be the best value out there. Under 12 oz, 3/4 length, 900fp down, good down to 40 degrees, great price, and premium craftsmanship. I spent a while researching quilts while saving up the money, decided on the summer phoenix a while before I had the money saved up. Hope that helps. If I was good at sewing I would make my own... however I have neither the sewing equipment nor the knowhow.

P.S. They have an overstuff option as well. I know they do custom work as well. You can get an UQ made from CF!

and there all very good .... it all comes down to what one fits your needs
It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold
GLP is right all the cottage vendors make quality gear so it is very much a matter of preference. My personal preference is Adam over at hammockgear.com. I have several of his quilts and a custom order on the way. I really like the 3/4 length and the suspensions system that Adam use's. I have his summer, and winter phoenix and a 3 season incubator. The summer easily takes me down to 32 weights apx. 12 oz (over stuffed a bit). With hammock gear you can also custom order so if you looking for something special I'd shoot him a PM or email.

Your lightest most compressible option would be a 900+ fill down UQ with a M55 or cuben shell.
Personally for a summer UQ, I prefer climasheild.
Climasheild is roughly equivalent to 550-600 down, wt per warmth.
A small 2.5xp UQ in M55 should weigh about 9 oz. Wont compress as small as down, but then again you should not be over compressing either to the extreme.
Just put them in the bottom of your pack in a dry bag.
