    Hungry Anaconda-maximus Skins

Pictures are of my Anaconda-maximus skins and my new hammock with pullouts. The Hammock is sporting a SSF under quilt, (no Pads) and it remained as wide as the earlier pictures of it with pads. (I included an earlier posted photo of me turning around inside the hammock).
Over the bottom of the hammock is one of my new design weather covers. With the pullouts, it takes the entire weather cover for the bottom of the hammock. Then a cover for the hammock itself.
The upper cover for the hammock attaches with velcro to either the hammock or the weather cover bottom. The Speer Snug Fit velcros to either the hammock (as in the case here) or the bottom weather cover. Right now the hammock and Snugfit are joined and both halves of the weather cover are joined.
The skins are made of bug netting, approximately 7 1/2 inches in diameter, 20 inches in circumference and EAT UP EVERYTHING BUT MY OVER QUILT. The hammock, under quilt, bottom weather cover, upper weather cover and all the bungee and cord associated with those are devoured by the beast.
This way, I can put this together and compress even further in the bottom of my pack for quick setup in the woods. If I wanted, there is room for my MacCat to go in there too, I think, which I probably will do. The going from one campsite to another becomes, my dear Watson, elementary. Mule

How small does all that compress in your pack? Do you have trouble folding the skins with all of that in there? Looks good.

No trouble folding the skins, in fact, I may put the whole thing in a stuff sack, but I normally pack loose and compress my whole pack. It would take up no more room than the stuff would have taken up before, and I usually stuff my overquilt into every little nook and cranny in the pack last thing. mule
