    Time to drop some praise for Hennessy Customer Service.

    James and Keltie (i like that name, if i could rename my daughter i would ) Were a big help. There was some bad stitching along the edge of the tarp on my expedition. It looked like the sewing machine threw a hissy fit. Anyway I initiated the Inquiry with James, asking if there was a repair i could send it in for. James asked for pics which i sent. Then he sent back that they'd be sending me a new one. Keltie confirmed it and emailed me the packing slip info.

    Thanks to Hennessy and James and Kelty for standing up for their product and going passed what i expected from them!

    I had a similar occurrence with my snake skins from hennessy and James looked after me too!
    All in all and I'm loving every rise and fall the sun will make and I will take breath to be sure of this

    They seem to be really good about things. Had a bit of an issue myself and about 20 minutes after placing my call received a call back from Tom himself. Very helpful.

    yea they always reply to my emails within the hour. I love there service so far

    I have always found their customer support to be excellent. I'll buy from Hennessy again, that's for sure.
