Great pics. That is one happy-looking camper in pic #3. Did you use spreader bars for the two hammocks from the same tree or just left-justified and right-justified them to create the gap between them? Great setups too.

Looks like it was a great outing. Fishing makes everything better.
About 19 miles inland of Tillamook, on the Wilson. There were lots of fish biting, and TONS of hammock areas!
Nope, I just ran the tree straps around opposite sides of the tree. It worked fantastically, as usual. Around smaller tree's, we bump into each other (Barely). But my wife and I don't mind being close.
You can actually lay half in one hammock and half in the other, as well. For some of the night I just flopped my upper body into her hammock. I'm a sucker for a good snuggle!
I have totally wanted to get into tenkara fishing. Looks fun!
Great pictures of a beautiful area and nice hammock set up! If you don't mind my asking, where did your boy sleep? I only see two hammocks and you mentioned you and your wife. Did your boy "bunk" with one of you? How does that work out?

Surely, God never did.
That looks like my kind of trip... Hunting pocket water for dry fly fishing with the boy.
