A few notes before I doze off in my hammock.
The stretch of dirt road from Carranza Rd to camp is very clear. Even the dips in the road that are "always" puddles are bone dry.
To clarify, the turn into camp immediately after the memorial. The paved portion of the road continues for .25 miles past the turn for camp.

Well Doggies! Wharton Track is the place we otta be. So we loaded up the truck and headed to Camp Batona...Apple pie Hills that is, campfires, crazy folk, BACON.........
