Strong line

Hi All,
So I made my own hammock about a year ago and it worked fine until earlier this week on a kayaking trip to Lake Superior, when on the fourth night out no sooner had I climbed into it when one of the suspension lines parted and I slammed into the ground. I use a suspension setup similar to the WBBB, with a line a little larger that 550 para cord some one gave me a few years ago(first mistake) that is tied around a loop sewn into a polyester strap. What type of line should I use that is strong enough to last for years and support my 200 lb weight?

Amsteel Blue. Most people here use 7/64" diameter. I have 1/8" on mine. Make whoopie slings out of it.

Amsteel sure is good. I don't know if you guys have it over that side of the pond, but we have an almost identical line called Marlow D12 which is also made of Dyneema Fiber. There's not many places that stock Amsteel over here so we have to think outside of the box on occasion.
