being completely honest there is no reason to upgrade if weight isnt a problem because its only 5 ounces more but what not said is how much more it covers . its 144" by 120. thats bigger than any of the mac cats. and hey dont get me wrong they are great tarps but its just silly to pay the extra unless your an ultralight kind of guy.
