Crazy Creek Crib hot deal at Campmor

Although this is my first post, I've been lurking here for a while and I've read Jeff's board end-to-end and know a few of you from other boards. Also have read Risk's board and even made his coffee can stove.

I came across this on Campmor's hot deals section today, just in case someone has some Christmas money burning a hole in their pocket.

    Welcome to the forum.

Looks like a good deal for that hammock. A little too heavy at 3 lbs 6 oz for my taste.
Is that too much to ask? Girls with frikkin' lasers on their heads?
The hanger formly known as "hammock engineer".

Yep, I've read his review. Top notch writing as usual. I notice a lot of folks here use the HH's, Clarks, and home mades but I thought I'd throw it out there if anyone was looking. I use an inexpensive 'silk' parachute nylon and am slowly modifying and adding to it. Next thing is to make a tarp and a wrap around bug net like the ENO cocoon. I'll put some pics up later this week.

I made a silk hammock from the 10mm Habotai(China) silk bought from here. It very comfortable. Here's a pic with my wife trying it out. The silk hammock is the white one. I have other pics of it that I will post later (I thought I had more in the gallery).
