Okay... I made my order for a Jarbridge (Jarbidge) near the end of the sale and haven't received a shipping notice, yet. I think I made the order on the 17th.
Is anyone else still waiting or did my order get misplaced? I know paypal deducted from my account and I ordered it direct from the web-site...
I think Paul had a camping trip planned and since I don't really need the UQ, yet, that's no problem. But since no one else has indicated that they're still waiting and Paul wrote that everything should be caught up by the end of last week, well; just wondering if my order is lost.
I ordered on the 12th and got mine on the 29th, so it took about 2 weeks.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
I haven't got a notice yet, but I said he could wait on mine.
Here you go, straight from the boss himself.

I like it with a set of the triangle thingys. It allows me to set the corners over the left shoulder and right heel a little snugger. It is a trick that is in Shug's underquilt video. It helps keep it on. I had it adjusted towards the head a little too much, because I didn't like where the right foot elastic cut over the foot box, but Paul said I needed to move it back down a little so the top is level with my shoulders. If it is too much toward the head, it gaps funny. I am going to fiddle with it a little more. I think the warmth and comfort are spot on, by the way.
Thanks Gunner and Laser. That helps to alay my fears. No hurry. No worry.
I also ordered a set of thingies to play with. Will probably be next weekend before I can give them a try.

I'm right there with you Five-Oh, I ordered my Jarbidge and whoopie slings on the 17th as well and still no shipping notice
Hey Everybody, Sorry for the long waits on this sale. You all know that I try and keep the wait times at only a couple days normally so a couple weeks is killing me. To honestly go over the numbers we have had 3 months worth of quilt orders compressed into 1 month worth. And we have still been getting our normal amount of quilt orders placed.
For the past week we have been in production mode, Normally we will cut out one quilt and make it all the way to finished or if we have 2 of the same model being made sometimes we will work on them together step by step though the process. This past week we started a little more of an assembly line with me cutting quilts till I can't stand, while the next person cuts the insulation to length for all the quilts and then starts pinning together parts and passes to the first sewer to begin putting it all tougher. In some ways these last 30 quilts have been faster and in other ways it feels slower. We will have 30 quilts to ship all at once...tonight most likely....but we have not had many going out the door for a few days in a row.
But if you caught that right there...we will have all of the sale orders ready to ship by the end of today...all of them. I am going to work to clear the order desk of as much other gear as possible in the next 48 hours before I head off to the hang as well. Sorry for the wait.

Thanks for the incredible customer service! I also run a web-based business, and I realize how hard it can be to keep up with everything. Being able to communicate with your customers effectively is probably the most important quality that an online salesman can possess. Paul, you go above and beyond.
