I have the brown. Really like the fabric. Wish I had waited a few more days for the sale...wonder if the Jacks have a low price guarantee like some of the big retailers???
Have been using a SG 9x9 and also have a JRB 8x8 that I won at Mt. Rogers. Gonna take some getting used to all those lines but the coverage is great! The ultimate would be an actual size 9x9 with that great JRB sil.

I usually do the "have you seen my old brown tarp?" thing a few times, then pull it out from where I hid it and say, "Oh, there it is." I got clean away with a new ULA pack like that awhile back. But then she read my journal. Ouch!

Our anniversary was yesterday. She said "Happy anniversary." I said "You realize it was all just a joke, right?" She said, "Yep."

I'll be stringing my cat cut tarp up in the garage tomorrow to seam seal it.
I can't wait for a little decent weather here in the midwest so I can actually enjoy a nice weekend in the woods. I seem to be sinking up to my knees everywhere around here lately. And more rain on the way.........Yay....
    Love the tarp though...

I just use clear silicone caulk cut with denatured alcohol till smooth enough to apply a thin penetrating coat. About 60/40 sil/alc works for me. YMMV

I've always been reluctant to buy that...mostly because I always have both silicon and mineral spirits around for other projects anyway.

Any clear 100% silicone will work fine. That's all McNett's is. Some mineral spirits and a brush make it easier to put on neatly.
