Looking for a trail in Southern Indiana

I am looking for a trail in southeastern Indiana that is 15 to 30 miles long, loops are good. I would like to go in the next few weeks so it is important it has water available along the way. I do not mind carrying a little water, but not a 3 day supply. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

    Eastern well maybe, but South!

The North trail head, has a nice loop trail, and there are many road crossings and access trail heads, that can break the other 48 miles of the trail up, into about any sized section, you might be interested. Great map available online to download. The above link has a very nice mileage break down, including, streams, road crossings, trail heads, campsites, vista's.

The Southern part of the trail is a bit more severe, than the other end, but the entire KT has more ups and downs than you can shake a stick at. It is the closest Indiana can come to a section of the AT, and used by local hikers as a tune up, for the AT and other major Thru-hikes.

Go_DEEP! is one of the shuttle services, that supports the KT. A call to them will fill you in on all the last minute trail conditions. They can advise or provide you with cache's, water availability on the trail, reroutes, and of course shuttle service and rescue pick up. They can even outfit you if need be. Jeff has even been known to text clients to make sure they were doing all right.

You could also loop the Chas. Deam Wilderness on the south side of Monroe Res. Check it out on the internet. Water at the lake,,and in creek bottoms when it rains.
