    Snakeskins on Warbonnet

    Hi all,

Curious, do the HH Snakeskins work on the Warbonnet Blackbird Double 1.1?

    Thx!

yes they do. the snake skins can fit a hammock and a tarp in most cases so any hammock by its self would fit perfect.
Dale Gribble: I'm thinking, "new hammock." For me, laying and swaying in a hammock is like a steady morphine drip without the risk of renal failure.

Randy : yea but just remember yer roots and where ya come from....you got Hennessy in yer blood son......

Not to thread jack, but I was wondering what you'd do with the whole setup once it's in the skins? Into a stuff sack?

I have the HH snake skins 4" XL and can only get my tarp(11x8) or wbbb in it.
    Not both.

I have HH snakeskins and am able to fit both double layered Blackbird 1.1 and Superfly tarp in the skins.

One option I use is to folder the snakeskins into a bundle about 1.5 to 2 feet long and then attach it to my backpack, usually under the pack's lid. Another option is to place the folded snakeskins inside a bag (I use a mesh bag) with stakes, tree straps, and other small items.
