is that a Silnylon or just ripstop that the tarp is made out of?
It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold

It seems like it's just ripstop with DWR applied.

How many nights of rain has this tarp setup seen and what was your experience with the level of waterproofness of the DWR coating?

    Cheers

Based on how waxy the coating is, it should be pretty good. I have not seen a heavy night of rain in it. Water beads on the surface just like sil. It was a coated fabric that I applied additional DWR onto.

    Additional tarp info

Slight correction on tarp door. The door did not get a fresh DWR coating like the rest of the tarp. Ran out just after finishing the tarp. Forgot about that. But, see attached photos regarding Water resistance. Both the door and the tarp are shown with pooled water and no permeation.
