At some point, Hennessy made some Expedition 2.5 models for Snap-On Tools. There have been a couple on eBay lately.

Oh, I see now. I thought we were talking about some sort of snap on underquilt or insulation system or something. I didn't realize it was a branding thing.

I wonder how many we'd have to order to get a HF branded hammock system.

I bought one of these as my first "real" hammock. I got a good deal on it at the time I think (around $40). It got me hooked and I passed it on to a fellow hiker and got my Explorer UL and haven't looked back.

If you can get one cheap this would be a great deal for outfitting a scout or small adult so long as you're not trying to stealth camp. The bright red definitely gets some attention.

Dale Gribble: I'm thinking, "new hammock." For me, laying and swaying in a hammock is like a steady morphine drip without the risk of renal failure.

Randy : yea but just remember yer roots and where ya come from....you got Hennessy in yer blood son......
