    Once I learn some proper knots and don't have to struggle with my Leatherman tool to undo them at 6 AM, everything will be much easier.

    I forgot to mention the amazing full moon. I had to get up at 2AM and answer nature's call, and the lighted areas looked bright as during the day, but the ground in shadow were pitch black.

    Thanks for the positive comments about the pics, I feel a bit ashamed for the pic of the tarp taken from uphill. Too dark still to get decent shutter times.

    I also realized how flexible you can be with a hammock. Trying to set up a tent in that area wouldn't be fun at all.
