Hi, I live on the eastern coast of Australia, that's susceptible to a lot of strong winds and storms. We are coming up to spring which is a windy period. Often getting in access of 30 to 40 knots of winds along our coast. I like camping on the dunes along our coastline.
Curious as to what conditions, in particular my Warbonnet Superfly can sustain before damage.
Purchased the tarp ridge line and tarp guy lines with the stretchers from whoopieslings.com. I setup for the first time a couple days ago, it was windy with wind gusts to about 25 knots. Tried to pitch the tarp as tight as I could using the tarp ridge line with the prussic knots, the knots are slipping, as I try to tighten the tarp down, enough to stop it flapping in the wind.
