I can't believe I talked my wife into this but I guess telling her that she and the baby would have the luxury of staying in the cabin helped.
We will be staying in Cabin #11 (from the map it looks like the last land cabin before the pier).

I think that is one of the octagonal cabins. They are nice. I stayed there once. They have the same cabins built on pilings over the lake. I would like to stay in one of those one time.

just wanted to say thanks to everyone that has already signed up to come. i know it was kinda last minute (as last minute as something a month and a half away can be, lol) and that im more or less a new guy here, but this is so cool.
im going to see if theyll let me put up some "trail markers" to show how to find the spot, but its not too hard.
and hey, if nothing else and no one comes, then ill have a 3 day vacation, haha!

Comin' in from Beaufort, hopin' ta bring a couple of tagalongs. Got the OK from the wife, just need ta find some gullible dope ta take my paper route for the weekend and I'll be golden. Don't be expectin' ta see any of that fancy expensive gear on me. I'm a cheap ol' lazy hanger. I've been on a few great hangs with my #2 son, but no group hangs yet. This should be a blast.
