    Sagging Ridgeline on Blackbird

How do i fix this? I tried increasing the angle of the suspension but it didnt help. ridgeline is still extremely loose when the hammock is empty, when im sitting, and also when i am laying in it. is the ridgeline itself adjustable?

You need to decrease the angle of the suspension (shorten the suspension on each side). It will be looser when empty vs when you are in it as well.

Don't worry about the ridgeline. Are you comfortable? If so, don't mess with success.

i am comfortable but would be even more comfortable if the ridgeline was taught and kept the bug net up better. also if i am sitting up in the hammock the ridgeline is sagging right in my face. its a little annoying. i cant seem to get it taught

If you cannot pull the ends further apart to tighten the ridgeline, your trees may be too close together. I found I had to pull the cinch buckles a bit tighter to make my own lie feel better.

Have you checked out Brandon's set up video? I found it helpful when I first got mine.
