I made one that might be get close to that a few years ago but don't use it much. It is too warm for most of my camping.

But you can always supplement the 30F SnugFit with other insulation. An SPE with closed cell foam pads might be prudent in some situations in case you needed to go to the ground. Closed cell foam pads are likely the most reliable and fool proof insulation you can have for those cases where your life is in the balance. They are wind proof, water proof and take a beating pretty well. It doesn't take much in the way of pads to lower the temperature you can use it to quite a bit.
