Well......not so much this trip.
My niece is getting married that Friday and the reception is from 1-3pm and after that we'll be on our way so it'll probably be around 5pm that we'll get there.

OK so just for clarity basically, there is no special spot on the Trail we are hanging. We will be hanging any and everywhere along the river on the trail there are two trees to hang?

You are correct XK.
It is probably 1.5 to 2 miles from the trailhead to the East Fork bridge. There are a lot of campsites with rock fire rings in that distance but most of us are planning to be in the general vicinity of the bridge. The area around the bridge is the size of 2 or 3 football fields. Lots of camping and hanging opportunities. Even as many as we have saying they'll come, there is room for a lot of people to camp and have their own spot and privacy. There are more sites farther up the trail.

He is your friend, your companion, your defender... he is your dog. You are his life, his leader, and master. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of that devotion.
I wonder if I sneak out for the weekend if my wife will notice? Any way, I've never done a group hang. What's proper etiquette? Bring a gift? Food to share? Is there a schedule? I'd hate to show up and be under dressed!
Oh! One more, years ago, used to camp above Wahalla on the Chauga River. About 50% of the time some of the cars in the parking lot would be broken into. Any problems here?

I'll try to make it. Planning a section hike the weekend before, so not sure yet...
Would love to make this one as well!
