I still have to track down the fabric, and think about it way too much as is my nature, so it will not be immediate. Don't give up on me though, I am nothing if not determined. If you decide to go for it with your tarp, let me know! Thanks!
I did it! I finished adding doors to my tarp two weekends ago. I know, I know, pics or it did not happen. The problem is that I have been looking for my camera for...well...about two weeks now.So I am working on the pictures end of the deal...
I do not have an idea how much weight it added because I do not have a scale. It is not like the tarp was very light to begin with anyway.
It was a simple modification. The worst part was doing a rolled hem on a curve. That was a test of patience for sure. If you have the money(and even if you don't), just use grograin.
