I check HF often on my phone, but didnt check until late today for some reason so I would have missed it anyway.
I would be interested in a place to set up gear and talk with locals.

let me do some looking, and if yall are interesting in something here in charleston where we can sit for an afternoon and talk/show gear, im sure i can come up with something. im planning on going to james island county park today, so maybe i can see if they mind too much, and if not its all of $1/person to get in...
that sounds like something we could do, say saturday a picnic in the park. ill look into it and let you know.
