Hey gang, I've been putting these together for a while now. They'll be available on the website eventually (once the DIY Guides page is built, that could be a while). I wanted to make them available to you now.

These sheets have been posted in the "Other Vendors" sub-forum for a good while, but I think there are finally enough of them to warrant a DIY forum post.

Yes, all the materials listed are those available at DIY Gear Supply, but there are lots of other great suppliers for our DIY gear needs as well. Don't feel you need to get them from me, I just wanted to spur you on to DIY greatness with some easy beginner projects.

Everything listed here is just one way to do it - there are lots of right ways to build everything I've listed and more. These sheets are only to help as a guide - adapt, change, hack, slash, and Enjoy your DIY!

Feel free to download, share, and print these sheets. And let me know of any errors, if sizes don't work for you, etc.

Great set of instructions.

But I do have a slight quibble with the 3rd page of the suspension set. You show the fixed eye of the whoopie sling done with a plain Brummel and no stitching on the bury instead of a Locked Brummel. Since you haven't stitched the bury, the plain brummel can come undone as you cycle from loaded to unloaded and back over time.

My suggestion, show stitching the bury or convert from a plain brummel to a locked brummel.
