The clicking sound is not good. I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to do but sewing through some of the old fiber filled bags is hard on any regular sewing machine. You either need to get your hands on an industrial machine, ask someone else to do it, or try a work around where you don't have to sew through the bulk.

@ shumway - That thing looks awsem but i am way to lazy to stich all that by hand.
Thanks everyone for the kind words and helpfull hints, and thanks for keeping joplin in your prayers. the worst part is theres no more trees!!! Its just a completely flat area where that tornado went through.
