A question on hanging food. Of my stuff is freeze dried do I need to hang it even I'd it's unopened and air tight ?
Every time I hang in a tree I get a coconut to the head.....stupid coconuts
I think I finally have all the food packed, except for the two full shelves in the deep freeze that need to be thrown in the ice chest right before we leave and the 2 dozen eggs from the fridge.
The plan is to park the jeep near the common area so anyone wanting to through their coolers or shared food in can do that without having to cart if back and forth from their campsite.

If yew'all will give me your opinion of how many boxes of vanilla wafers it will take, I can estimate the bananas and pudding mixes needed.
It takes about one handful of wafers per serving.

Yes, hang it! You can, smell the food but the bears at Buck Lake already have sniffed out what you're bringing.
