Do we need to kidnap you in a white panel van? I got my mask ready.

Please! Major client is upset. Who knows what'll happen. I'll let you know when I'm on the sidewalk.

Funny story: That almost happened to me while in Egypt. Standing on the side of the road waiting to cross when a white van came to a screeching halt in front of my buddy and I. The door flew open and we were surrounded by masked people. It happened so fast I don't recall seeing any guns but I can't imagine they didn't have them. Just as quickly they got back in the van and screeched off.

To this day I'm not sure whether I should be insulted that we were deemed unworthy of kidnapping or grateful that we weren't. I figure we were a practice run for kidnapper apprentices.

Gumbo, has the spreadsheet (can't find the URL with the gazillion messages posted since then) been amended without NorseAmerican? even if not, i'd like to see it again. went back several pages and couldn't find the link.

If you don't want to hang your food, I'm sure you can throw it in someone's vehicle. (I don't mind).

OK, since Friday dinner is taking a definite Mexican twist, I'd be willing to contribute a liter of El Jimador tequila reposado (pretty good stuff). Note to Islander: liter; not keg IF....

someone will bring a bag of ice and a couple of someones will bring margarita mix (obviously, the large bottle/jug (Cuervo or ???) will go further than the small ones). I have no idea how many people we're expecting for dinner! I have some clear plastic cups that will work.

I just bought an aluminum jug to heat the milk for chocolate milk; it will work just fine for mixing margaritas.

Also, bought a pan to heat up the refried beans. (reckon I'll need them at least once a year!)

Will need volunteers to chop onions and tomatoes. Might want to pack some extra knives and chopping boards.

Sign me up. I'll bring my fancy schmancy slicer dicer.

...that is if I get to escape.

ETA: Can someone "in the know" confirm whether or not I need to bring the grill?

Got knives and cutting board and an extra can of refried beans. Might be a noisy night in the campground.

Don't bring the grill. We can get by without that.

The easiest way to get to the spreadsheet is to click on the link in the calendar. Then click on whatever link you need. That's how techtard me does it.
