Hey Flackfizer - Any chance of adding an attendance spreadsheet to your first post?

That might be the easiest way of keeping a headcount of who is planning to attend. I realize it's awful early yet, but it seems quite a few have committed absolutely to this already.

I working with one of my students to get a wiki going for this. Failing that, I am waiting for Islander to just do it!

That weekend looks great for me,so I should be there....WooHoo. Ldcakes, it just wont be the same without you there. Hope you are able to make it. If you cant make it please feel free to just mail some of that amazing food down to us as an offering to help ease our pain.

Lookin forward to seeing everybody again and meeting some new folks.

Hummm...Wonder how you mail 6 lbs of meat?

Thanks for the encouragement C.K. I'll try and see if the winds blow me down that way in Jan. By then Florida will be a welcomed break from the cold up here.

If the right set of folks are heading down you all can arrange a relay. Maybe the salivating meat eaters can chip in for a bus ticket and just meet the meat at the station!

How many are bringing kids? I've got 2 boys... 9 and 10. I'm sure other kids would keep them busy.

OK gang--
Here is what did. I started a new thread just to serve as an attendee list. We'll see it if works--but the idea is to just go there and post your names. No need to quote posts and save questions and ideas for this thread. If it works we will have a gradually growing list that will not require anyone to have go back over and tabulate. This idea should be well within our skill set to cope with! The links are in my signature, and BYW, anyone who feel all "promotionee" about this can link their signature as well. I have it linked into my White Blaze Forum signature as well.

I need to jump in and meet all of you. This will be my first Hang with other folks. My freinds are all ground dwellers. I'am not new to Ocala or Richloam areas I've been reading about on the post. I also paddle above Hog Island around the Jumper Creek WMA. Primitive camp on shell island there. So count me in I have a kitchen pass!
