By starting it he means I bought the chicken, onions, bell peppers, celery and sausage and did some chopping prep before hitting the deep freeze until the hang.

I bought enough to make 6 gallons of gumbo. That's a little over 2x what we had last year.

I also bought some mixed berries to make some a couple of cobblers too.

As we near the dates for FL2 I want to encourage everyone to take another look at the spreadsheets and add updates for things like dutch ovens, firewood, grills, stoves etc for camp use.

So far only 2 dutch ovens? What are the rest of you planning to eat?!
