    Sorry,
I have NO memory of the hiking per-se, but I hung EASILY all along there, with a few times needing (or wanting, I'm not sure exactly) to go a bit further than planned. Again, not sure if it was to find a better hang or if I just wanted to. I do remember than when I really wanted to, it was no more than 1/4 mile to find an Ideal spot. The one place I do remember being GREAT to hang is behind the lost Mt Shelter. Lots of trees spaced "correctly", a shelter to gather at & a good spring/water source, with a new privy close at hand. Being behind the shelter was a bonus as all the conversation was in front & blocked by the well made Shelter.

I'll look up my journal & post a few more hints & tips & some notes on what I thought of the hiking at the time.

Should find it in a few minutes.

Shouldn't have any problems in that area to hang. Where are your planned camps at? Took me awhile to remember where Dickeys Gap was, I blew through there on a 28 mile day last year on Memorial weekend last year.

I have used MRO a couple of times. They have parking and a place to shower at a bunkhouse across from the store.
