    How's it hanging?

    Hey guys,

My name is Bas, 27 years of age and i'm from the Netherlands.
Hobbies consist of camping/outdoors/bushcraft, music, scouting, and martial arts.
I want to go into hammock instead of tents. The hauling of a tent, even with the parts split among 2 people is becoming a nuisance. It takes up a lot of space in a smaller pack.
And the idea of only needing two trees sounds appealing.

I hope to find some good info on these boards!

hey from high point nc and welcome to Hammock Forums.

hanging is like a fever, it gets all over you and you just gotta sleep it off.

the kind folks here are among the most knowledgeable in the hammock world.
i'm not one of those knowledgeable people so this site is a good reference library for me.
"ask and ye shall find" really applies here. that's what i do.

i couldnt hold out longer. Ordered a DD Frontline with sleeve and 3*3m tarp. Kind of anxious to see how its gonna work out after 10 years of sleeping in a tent.
