First Hang Report - ATTN Heavy Hangers!

Well I finally got my whoopee suspension on my ENO DN - thanks to OutandBack here at the forums! I was pretty scared that something was gonna fail - I made my own tree straps out of 2" Polypro webbing from West Marine, and Bob helped me make the whoopie slings. I really tried to jump around and swing to add extra stress - and the darn thing held me off the ground without so much as a groan!

Your video didn't embed properly. If you could post a link to it, that would be useful. Also if it is a youtube video, just take the series of letters after the watch?v= and place that between the youtube tags in your message.

    Cheers

That looks great! Very similar set up to what I have. As a big guy myself (but shorter), I know the hesitant feeling of that first hang with the whoopies. But it's comfortable and solid, and I'm glad I went that route as well.

Hopefully I'll be up in the mountains in a couple of weeks myself.

    Thanks for the post!
