Customer Service means moer to me than price. He may have some of his items a bit more than other places, but with his Customer Service being Top Knotch, I go to him when I need something.

Ok, I have one complaint....
He doesn't live close enough to me... Those darn shipments take two whole days to get here! Can you imagine the Antici- - - - pation! Darn that Scott!
Truthfully: I have made 1 tarp, 2 hammocks, an UQ, and a TQ from his ripstops... Zippers, stakes, cordlocks, etc. . . I got all that stuff from DIY Gear Supply. . .
Great prices, better service, fast shipping . . . he makes it too darn easy to take my money . . .
Thanks to Scott.
Without him, I wouldn't have made this hammock or tarp:

Same here... It took two whole days to get the materials from ME to GA. Imagine that. Now I have to figure out what to make first. Hammock or Tarp or maybe something else.
Either way, DIY Gear Supply rocks. Thanks Scott.
+1, great experience dealing with them.
+1 for selection
+1 for shipping speed. He gets my stuff in the mail same day and I usually get the stuff two days after I place the order.
+10 for customer service. He once sent me grosgrain instead of poly webbing. When I told him so, he immediately mailed me the webbing and told me to just keep the grosgrain. How nice is that? I'm about to use that grosgrain to line some DIY Grizz Beaks once I order a couple yards of Sil which I will of course get from DIY Gear Supply.
If you don't try due to fear of failure you've already failed due to fear.
Placed my order late Monday, it went out Tuesday and I got it today (Friday).
The turnaround from DIY Gear Supply was awesome!
Shipping, which was in the hands of USPS was adequate. It was shipped Priority, 2-3 days. So I guess that even though it was at the post office on the 27th, that didn't count as a day and my 'clock' started on Wednesday. But even then, I am okay with that and realize that is out of DIY Gear Supply's hands.
Great job guys and thanks!
I just ordered from Scott again. Looks like I'll probably be able to start on my second diy hammock by Monday!
