Preliminary menu for me looks like:

    Sunday 10/9:

Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal with raisins and honey; trail "coffee" (instant coffee, cocoa, and Nido mix); and maybe a protein bar.

Lunch: Loaded mashed potatoes or a Nutella-on-flatbread sandwich. Depends on the weather (if it's hot, I won't want to cook).

Dinner: Faux chicken and rice, Asian-style. Maybe a Snickers bar for dessert.

Snacks: MRX protein bars, Cliff bars, trail mix.

Monday 10/10: Depends on if I stay another day (tbd at this point).

If anyone wants to share, I can bring extra portions. Also, I'm willing to try my hand at any recipes that don't require a dehydrator to make (need to buy one sometime soon).

Man, has the past few days sucked big time. Went and saw my beloved Gators get their butts handed to them by Alabama. Then my clutch went out when I tried to head back to Jacksonville. Have to go back down to Gainesville today and tow it back. Still need to buy food for this weekend and sew some webbing to my rainfly. Needless to say I can't wait to get to the woods this weekend. What time is everyone planning to be at the lot and start the hike in? I'm shootin for 4:30 or 5pm.

Will definitely take some pics and will try to shoot some vids while I'm at it.

Since I'm biking up on Saturday night/Sunday morning, I'll be in somewhere between 6 AM and 10 AM. Obviously, if it's towards the first of those, I'll take care to be quiet coming in.

    Sorry about your car, Giggity.

Hope to see all of you on Sunday.

The clutch is probably 'Bama's fault, too! We'll blame them anyway... GO GATORS!

Was out of brake fluid but couldn't seem to find the leak. Guess it's ok. lol.

Guys, don't forget to print out the map to get to the campsite. It's in the link on my first post to the thread. Don't want anyone getting lost out there. See yall tomorrow!!!

Heh. The wind's going to be fun riding in, but I definitely love riding and hiking in the rain. We'll see about the thunder, though...

Had a couple more people msg me and cancel, and have not heard from many since there initial post so i'm not gonna go tonight. I'm sure the trail has a good amount of water with all the rain. If ya still wanna go out tomorrow let me know and I'll meet ya.
