Look for the Cargo netting made for trucks or ATVs sold at Lowes, Home Depot, or Harbor Frieght. Usually is made of 1/8 shock cord, just takes a bit of work to undo all the knots. And it won't be quite as springy (is that a word?) as fresh shock cord, but it will do in a pinch.

Find a climbing store. I have seen shock cord in the rope dept. . Around me i have seen it at campmor, REI, EMS and Ramsey Outdoors.
