My point about the firewood is, they don't like you bringing firewood from outside the ADK Park. When I was going to the Moose River Plains Limekiln Lake Rd entrance, there were lots of houses selling firewood, and it apparently even comes with a receipt so you can prove to the rangers that it was obtained locally.

I never thought of asking for a receipt. Great idea.

Maybe we want to PM phone numbers in case there is a problem. The main reason I'm going Friday is to get the site. If there is a problem I can drive out to cell coverage and pass the word. Company would be welcome. ;-)
