I'd be happy I had one and bummed out that the other wasn't a Wilderness Logics Night Owl!
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

What a great deal. A backup hammock for $15. And a lot of great suggestions as to what to do with it.

At that price, I too would have snatched it right up!

So take the spare and put it in a bag in the car or truck. Or some kind of emergency bag in the house so that it's there when/if you need to head out for any reason. Fires around here had me double checking my bag to make sure I had it up to date and ready to roll. Making sure I had a few hammocks in the car was first on the list. Well, maybe second after the daughter.

That's actually a great and practical suggestion! Especially with all this talk of zombie preparedness...

I have 3 hammocks (soon to be 4!), and I'm all by myself. I have them so when I go camping with someone, they have one too, or I can loan them out to my friends so they can try them. I've been hanging a number of years now, and I try to convert everyone I talk to that likes tent camping. You can never have too many hammocks. Heck, I bought two Hennessy's before I even know what it was all about, and never even looked back! :-)

That is a great idea. I carry all 3 of mine in my truck, along with sleeping bags, quilts and other "just in case" gear. You never know when you might need one. Better to carry it and not use it, than to need it and not have it.
