Ordered my WBBB and SF back in Aug and spoke with Brandon two weeks ago and was told it was being mailed out last week...nothing yet, but it appears he may have a "couple" of people waiting for stuff.

Hmmmm....maybe he should consider expanding his staff along with his shop size. Sorry Brandon, now you will need to contend with resumes as well as request for status emails.

If I correctly recall what I've read in other posts, the reason he is backed up is because he's in the process of moving into a larger facility and getting new equipment. Sounds like a good problem to have.

I really hope that he sends me mine this week, its raining and pretty windy here in sweden now when the autum have kicked in( and im tarpless now).

quite honestly, not sure if I'd hold my breath. I got this response on Sept 2, "still on backorder, hoping to have the first ones coming in as soon as a week and a half or so". Sure it's coming, hopefully sooner than later, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Same here. I feel like I'm on a family road trip and my parents keep telling me we'll be there in five more minutes. It's great that he's expanding, but he needs to provide ETA's that are somewhat based in reality.

My suggestion would be this, since he's a one man shop it's probably not realistic to take the time to write to each individual customer to explain what the hold up is (although that would be nice), so add a blurb to the website where it says something about backorders taking up to 3 weeks, just say something about "due to extenuating circumstances, new equip, move... whatever, backorders are currently taking xx to xx" just a thought. I'm sure it'll be here, but I think managing expectations would go a long way.
