    Another thing came to mind!

    Belt pouches!

My backpack doesn't have pouches on the hip belt. These would be simple to make and quite useful.

Still thinking about the best way to design these.

I mountain bike a lot. In fact I like to bike to my hang location a lot. Sometimes I like using the standard bicycle water bottles that snap into the holders on the frame. I have a Walmart brand Camelback but I hate the taste and I hate having it on my back. The problem is dirt always gets slung onto the mouth piece of the bottle so I am going to use some leftover nylon, shock cord, and cord locks to make little covers to go over the top of the bottles to keep them clean.

If you have THAT many scraps, send some to your friend John in San Diego.. he needs to make a new pillow...

    or, make your own...

How about a Scrap UQ! Make a Down-style UQ, and stuff the tubes with Primaloft...

I finished this seat cover a few weeks ago and thought I would post it. I took left over 1.1oz ripstop and a small piece of shock cord and threw this together in ~ 15min. Then I took some silicone and waterproofed it. It fits perfect on my commuter or my road bike, weights almost nothing and can be stashed almost anywhere.

Any brilliant ideas about using paracord guts for something?
