Chances are most any question you have about the how or why of hammocks has probably been discussed to death in some form. Trouble is, the search tool on the site here is pretty weak. It gets worse once everyone stars using acronyms for various brands or parts since the search engine doesn't seem to like anything smaller than 4 letters.

Welcome aboard from Florida, storm. There are quite a few of us mature members on the forum. Sometime is not so much the question as just needing the memory jogged. One of the best places to get a great start is Shug's videos. I go back every once in a while to refresh the memory.

56 yrs old here, so I know about the ground pains. Have yet to have a hard time moving around first thing in the morning, since I started hanging. I think you will enjoy it.
