They both look horrible and unsafe. You should throw them out in my trash can immediately. My address is...

What an awesome looking set up! I am jealous of that tarp. I've been kinda scared of the tarps (not sure why). Great job on havin' someone want to take it as their own. You should be very proud!

Well when I picked the colors I wasn't trying for the stealthy look or to blend in the environment, I went with what was on sale at the time when I bought the fabric. Ha ha, yes the tarp is intensely red but it looks good. Besides I dont mind since it was the same color as the one on my one man tent I was replacing. At lest I will not loose it in the wood at night if I have leave the comfort of the hammock for a bit.

DivaB... It is encouraging to me that you think I am worththy of such a task. I wouldn't mind to build one and sell it but I am not really set up for any type of production work. Heck I had to set up the thread injector on a TV tray, cut out the fabric on the hard wood floor. Also I had to do the assembling when my wife and two daughters were out of town for a week so I wouldn't be in the way.

GrayDog... I thought of tossing the hammock in the garbage with frustration when buillding it so your wish could of come true but I worked though it and so I win. (grinning)

chickenwing... The tarp was the easy part, I built that first before tackling the hammock. You can tell it by my not so straight seems compared to the hammock.
