    Mounting into the Cieling

I was wondering if anyone had any experience mounting into the ceiling? I have this seat hammock with a single point mount. My dad mounted my mom's TRX into the cieling using some anchor hooks. What do you guys do to create your indoor rigs?

I use stainless steel eye screws, from Lowes, about half inch diameter, and about four inches of threads. Drill a hole into the rafter slightly smaller than diameter of eye screw. You want just the threads biting into the rafter. Screw em in and hang.
