    Thank You for the pics..I loved that mountain and its area when I was there many moons ago and would love to make it back someday, Back in the mid 70's we got blowed off that mountain in a severe snow storm/avalance, the weather can really be fickle in the winter...but awesome country and glad you enjoyed yourself. I know you will learn a bit here,,and a bit there each time you go out and enjoy yourself..Thats what its all about..experiencing the unthinkable and overcoming what ever faces you. Enjoy!

    Nice trip report. You two are trail wizards when it comes to food. I remember looking longingly at your meal at last years Oregon hang while I ate my Mountain House meal from a bag. Forgetting the sauces and cheese and crackers, brother, you better buy some flowers pronto.
