    Wally World $1 Fabric Tip

I just had a conversation this morning with my friendly Wally World Fabric person, and she informed me that they order their bulk $1 fabric in groups, so if she knows someone is looking for some type of fabric, she will order the group that that particular type of fabric normally comes in with. So you lucky people who find that camo rip stop or once in a lifetime fabric in the $1 bin, save or write down the numbers on the cardboard, and then talk to the person who orders the fabric at your wally world, and request them to put in an order for that group on a regular basis. The group is on the cardboard that they ship the fabric on.

Cool...My find of 14+ yards of Camo RS was rolled back onto the cardboard...So...I should have that number somewhere on it.

    Would this be the #?

It's the only #'s I seen on the lable. If it is...then anyone could suggest this UPC# and have the same material delivered to their local wal mart...Correct?

There is 4 bolts of camouflage ripstop 1.1 in the Burlington new jersey wal-mart. I saw it yesterday but my wife wouldn't let me get any until I use what I Have at home.

She is an assistant manager of the store so I will have a chance to pick some up later, if noone else does.

    Wally World

What my contact tells me is that they can order from the same group, but it doesn't guarantee you'll get the same exact fabric, just overruns and ends from the same types of materials. For example, Manufacturer/Mill a,b and c material is in one group; d, e and f in another. Manufacturer a, b and c may normally have overruns of rip stop nylon or other synthetics, where manufacturer/mill d, e and f are normally cotton floral prints and fleece. So your chances of getting 1.1 oz ripstop are better if they order overruns/overstocks from group a, but it doesn't guarantee that you will always get it. All it does is increase the odds, by quite a bit.

Yes! If you bring that end in to Wally World, the fabric person can scan it on her handy scanner and tell you if they have anything ordered from that group scheduled to come in. It doesn't guarantee that you can get the same exact fabric, but the store will get more material from the same manufacturer which increases your chance of getting the same material or similar by a big margin.

That is what was on the one bolt I had laying around. My other 2 didn't have the bolt even though I asked for it.
