SOLD: Garmin Etrex Vista

I recently purchased a Delorme with Spot locator and I am selling the old trusty Garmin Etrex Vista. This unit is an older GPS but still works great. It has been well taken care of and it comes with a carrying case/with belt clip(which i used to clip to my pack straps) the data cable and the map source topo cds. including Eastern and Western US and Hawaii and Alaska and the Owners manual. I will sell it for $50 dollars shipped CONUS. I would also be willing to trade perhaps for something equally as cool.

I have had one of these for a couple of years, and, highly recomend this item. It picks up a signal anywhere even under heavy wet tree cover, in the deep revines of the White Mtns. Never had it fail yet. The Vista syncs with a PC at home perfectly everytime, and has more than ample memory capacity. The batteries last for 24 hr. of on time. The map CD has the entire US topo coverage, even more of a bargan here. (did I mention it's a real good price?)

That is an awesome deal! Try pricing the mapsource topos

! They are worth the money by themselves.

Maybe you should try selling the mapsource for $50 w/ free GPS. Seriously, 'cause somebody may have a GPS already, but no topo maps, so would not read the post and find exactly what they needed.

I don't really need the US topo as I am up in The Great White North, eh. I also have the GPS Map76 Cx, otherwise I'd snap this up. I read this merely because it is my day off and I am a nosy wee bugger with too much time and curiosity.
