Shug, did you by any chance perform at the Hitachi international performer festival? (forgive me if I got the name wrong)

I lived 10 minutes away from Hitachi and enjoy the festival a year or two back.

I'm looking to do a DIY tarp, something that could be rigged to cover myself and my bike in the warmer months and to peg down tight during the snowy months.
