Dang wisenber, your schedule changes as often as the weather forecast for this little junket.

Well said hangnout - but I estimate Friday night's bivouac to be 8 miles from the start. It's much more fun to venture out into the great unknown (as long as you have been there before and have a map.).

Actually, I've been a Friday afternoon guy the whole time. For me to take off for the weekend, I'll probably work until 3 or so Friday morning . As soon as I get up again around 7, I'll have a few hours of work to do before hitting the road after lunch. I could have possibly pulled a late Friday morning start, but once you guys moved to Thursday night, I knew I couldn't pull that off.

I'll be ready to hit the hammock by the time I catch up with you guys Friday night. Dinner will be optional I guess.

And a shout out to Cakes! Enjoy Holston this weekend. We all hope the fire did minimal damage, but it is part of a natural regrowth process .

Correct, but black tie is mandatory. By the time you arrive we'll have retired to the library for brandy and cigars. The butler will show you in.

No fords until Sunday morning on way out. They are on Laurel Fork Creek not on the river.
Looks like Hamhocker and I will be staying at that campsite Friday night.

Saturday nights campsite may be up in the air for us (depending on where it is). Not sure we can catch up with you guys.

Even more fun if you have not been there, as long as you have a map.
