If the truth must be told, the list is mine, not hers. The rain this week altered the schedule for helping a friend with an outdoor project, so that rearranged the school schd, which rearranged my schd to work on building my blacksmith forge. The forge ended up not getting any attention at all. So that leaves me with REALLY wanting to get my forge finished so I can start making cool stuff.

But if you first cleared out the back 40 we could hang there and watch you build the forge.

Darn, I'm looking closer to 15:00 EST at the trailhead. I figured on setting up camp in the dark whether it be the closer or farther one, but I did want to avoid to many choices for trails in the dark.

No problem, if you want to I will wait at the Fall Branch campsite and we can either camp there or hike on in the dark. I will be up for either one. I may be a little later than 12 anyways so it works out good for me.

If you're familiar enough with the route, I'm game to go ahead. It's been about five years since I've been on that trail, so I'd prefer to avoid arriving at Yahoo Falls some time in January. I'll try to make some speed on the trail so that you're not waiting around forever. With any luck, I can meet you at the first campsite between 16:30 and 17:00.

HA !!! it's the "estrogen" on most of my hikes that determine the set up time.
